Chelsea Cosby Morgan, MD is a Board-Certified Family Physician based in Washington, DC. She currently serves as the Deputy Director of Comprehensive Health, for the Veteran’s Health Administration National Office of Women’s Health. She also sits on the Council of Women Physician’s Concerns for the National Medical Association, the largest and oldest national organization representing African American physicians and their patients.
While preparing for a career in medicine, she earned a bachelor’s degree in both History and African American Studies at the University of Virginia. She received her medical degree from the University of Alabama (UAB) where she studied health care delivery in underserved rural and urban communities. Dr. Morgan completed her medical training at the University of Maryland Family and Community Medicine Residency program in Baltimore, MD where she led as a Chief Resident. Over her career she has practiced in non-profit health care settings, maintaining a focus on preventive health and equity, both domestically and abroad.
Blessed with the gift of teaching, Dr. Morgan has educated a wide range of communities including elementary schoolers, senior citizens, and church congregations on mental
health, sexual health, and chronic disease prevention. She also has delivered formal instruction on health care access, addiction, and health disparities to physicians and students. It has become her mission to braid together the science of medicine, culture of wellness, and the pursuit of social parity that traditional medicine has held in silos.

Dr. Cherece Grier is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Wake Forest School of Medicine. She is from Fayetteville, North Carolina. She completed her undergraduate education at University of North Carolina at Pembroke in Pembroke, North Carolina. She taught biology at Fairmont High School for 2 years after graduating from UNCP. She attended medical school at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. She completed her pediatric residency and chief residency at the University of Florida at Orlando. Dr. Grier is a wife and a mother of two and has now been breastfeeding for about 2 years combined.

Dr. Dianna Dixon, DPA, CLC, CBS is the founder of Pump with Purpose, LLC and offers premier virtual pumping consults to assist families that want to include pumping in their breastfeeding journey, either exclusively or in addition to nursing. Dianna is a Doctor of Public Administration, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. Dr. Krystilyn Washington is a board certified Obstetrician Gynecologist practicing in Northern Virginia. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia (UVA), Doctor of Medicine degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed her residency at Rutgers University- New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. She was awarded Top Doctor Under 40 in 2018 and was named Washingtonian Top Doctor in 2020 and 2021. She is a lifelong member of the Student National Medical Association (SNMA) and an active member of the National Medical Association (NMA). She practices in Northern Virginia.

Jessica Parker is a doula, minister, coach, and speaker with over twelve years of experience encouraging and supporting others in identifying, reaching, and maintaining their life goals and purpose. She has used her gift of teaching to mentor, work in youth development, volunteer in medical missions, coach, and contribute to the health education field. As a doula, Jessica has helped both new and experienced mothers lovingly and confidently welcome new life into the world. She and her husband, Eric, reside in Virginia with their four children (Zachary-7, Nia- 5, Justin-3, MacKenzie-1), and they are expecting #5 this summer. She has breastfed for the last seven years and advocates for all the many forms breastfeeding takes. Jessica holds a Master of Science degree in Medical Science from Hampton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Virginia. She is currently pursuing her Master of Divinity degree at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology. Dr. Prao is a Family Medicine physician fellowship trained in Sports Medicine. She serves as Team Physician for Morgan State University Athletics. She has an interest in community health education and has given lectures at various forums in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and American Medical Society of Sports Medicine. She is an alumna of Howard University, where she was a member of the Women's Track and Field team.
